Since the inception of his real estate career in 2020, Ruyi has rapidly become one of the top producing agents in the firm, helping hundreds of clients buy, sell and rent their homes, with an annual transaction volume surpassing 20M in the year of 2024.

His recent effort in commercial real estate has landed him a notable life science deal representing Samsung SDI to secure their office and R&D center in Cambridge MA.

Ruyi completed his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with focus on economics at the University of Washington in Seattle. In his graduate studies at Berklee College of Music, Ruyi realized his dream of performing with the top musicians in the country, while discovering himself artistically and emotionally while remaining dedicated to discover the beauty, power, intellect and complexity of music.

Ruyi has extensive experience in sales. During his career at Emporio Armani in Honolulu, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English and proficiency in Japanese, he was able to service a wide range of customers and ranked 2nd highest producer in North America. After relocating to Boston while pursuing his music studies, he was promoted to Men’s department manager and later joined Giorgio Armani, the pinnacle of luxury fashion. Ruyi continues to learn and grow, and he believes that success is defined by happy clients and genuine connections.
